  • Accessibility: Unfortunately, our boat does not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility.
  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to (1) week before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than (1) week before the scheduled departure time. In the case that Lil' Toot needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including booking fees, will be issued.
