No hard spirits please. $10 corkage fee for wine bottles, and a $1 corkage fee for any beer or hard seltzers.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Celebration Cruises will not be offering a refund for any cancellations that are less than 2 weeks before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations made before 2 weeks will result in a partial refund. There will be a deduction of 10% from the ticket price and less booking fees. There are no refunds for no-shows.

36th Annual Parade of Lights: A Spectacular Celebration of Magic Under the Moonlight in Santa Barbara

The 2022 event marks the 36th Annual Parade of Lights, a beloved tradition in Santa Barbara. The festivities kick off with Santa’s Village, a family-friendly experience filled with joy and excitement. Located on the City Pier in Santa Barbara Harbor, Santa’s Village offers a plethora of activities for all ages, including playing in 10 tons of snow and capturing cherished moments with Santa himself.

As the clock strikes 5:30 p.m., the eagerly anticipated boat parade commences, featuring approximately 30 boats adorned with enchanting decorations. Motoring, sailing, and paddling along the Santa Barbara Coastline, the boats create a magical spectacle under the theme of the year: Magic Under the Moonlight. Spectators gather at prime viewing locations such as Stearns Wharf and the breakwater to witness the mesmerizing display of creativity and craftsmanship.

To conclude the event with a bang, a dazzling 5-minute fireworks show lights up the night sky, adding an extra touch of magic to the festivities. The boats are then judged at Stearns Wharf, with winners receiving donated cash and prizes in five categories, further adding to the excitement and friendly competition. The 36th Annual Parade of Lights promises an unforgettable evening of merriment, community spirit, and holiday cheer for all who attend.
